Product use range
The product is suitable for washing, degreasing, pre-shrinking and levelling before dyeing of woven fabrics, such as polyester and spandex, so that the width, weft density and elasticity of the fabrics can meet the standard values.
Features of the product
Forced wetting by spraying, rolling isolation between all the sinks to make the fabric fully shrink to wrinkle-free and level after soaking again.
The guide cloth roller in the sink is the driving roller to reduce the radial pulling force of the fabric.
There is a rising force regulating mechanism for both incoming and outgoing rolling stock, and the rising force can be adjusted digitally.
The sink and guide roller are all made of high quality stainless steel.
