Application
YJC190D hydraulic heald frame beam lifting vehicle is auxiliary equipment to textile industry, mainly used to lifting beam and heald frame transporting also used for transporting beams in workshop. This machine trailing arm range can be adjusted among 1500-3000. Suitable to varieties beam transportation. This equipment set with four-wheel synchronous mechanism, convenient to operate.

Structure features
1. This machine composed by frame, armshaft, four-wheel synchronization, manual pump, perform oil cylinder, compact structure, light weight, rotate the synchronization wheel 90º make the frame translation forward to the loom suitable place to loading or unloading beam.
2. Because of manual pump give power, arm shaft can stop when up to a certain point, and start to transport beam.
3. Installed reset closer spring at oil cylinder, arm can automatically return back to the lowest position quickly.

Usage
Push the machine to the front of loom beam, move arm shaft to adjust the two arm width suitable to beam bearing place, and adjust the position.
Counter-clockwise direction toggle lever to close control valve, continuous tread foot pump pedals to make pressure oil through actuating cylinder and arm shaft lifting beam.
Translation arm shaft vehicle return to the channel, switch operate handle to control synchronization wheel turn into channel forward direction and transport to the weaving room to place the beam.
Clockwise direction toggle the lever to open control valve from small to large, and then actuating cylinder at the unloading station. Arm shaft falling until beam flange to ground.
Note
1. Slowly control lever, do not make falling speed to fast in case of any accident.
2. Loading do not exceed rated value.
3. Every half yearn change filter hydraulic oil (30# mechanical oil) once, every quarter add filter oil once, adding oil anytime if the oil level too low, oiling quantity is 4/5 of oil tank height.
4. Strictly on guard against sundries and oil pollution get into oil pool.
5. Immediately stop manual pump when arm shaft lifting to the highest position, or it will damage machine part because of overloading.
