Working principle:
High power RF laser with triaxial dynamic large format galvanometer marking technology, at the denim surface specific location process specific pattern. Laser process effective width: 900mm*900mm
Working process:
This system adopt belt conveying method, the process divide into three stations:
- Loading station with projector: operator place the processed garment on the belt conveyor of the outline range cast by projector, tread pedal switch, system start and conveying;
- Triaxial dynamic galvanometer process station: after feeding finished, system automatic start processing according to the request, after finish process, waiting for the loading completed signal;
- Unloading station: the belt conveyor send the completed process material out of process station, and drop-in the workbin at the unloading station.

Laser process advantages compared with traditional manual process:
- Replace of manual wipe by hand procedure, all the baffi, monkey, ragged, distressed procedure laser curving completed by one time through software, saving labor, and no need to relay on labor, solving the current situation of hard recruit, high cost.
- Laser ensure of all the finished product effect uniformity, avoid of traditional manual factor caused quality difference, extremely lowering the reject rate;
- Compared to traditional process simple baffi, monkey patterns, laser curving can produce clear curved art pattern, including word, digital, logo, image fashion elements, not restricted by any graphics, improve widely personalized value-added space;
