Nowadays, L type jet flow dyeing machine is still necessary for some special fabric dyeing, although it has limitations such as large liquor ratio, high energy consumption, narrow application range. After great efforts in research and design, we succeed to develop a latest L type jet flow dyeing machine BANANA which has double fabric tubes with both jet flow and overflow function. Its actual liquor ratio reaches as low as 1:5 to reduce its energy consumption same as low liquor ratio overflow dyeing machine. BANANA is mainly used for synthetic knit fabric and has unique advantage for dyeing easy wrinkled fabrics.
